Great City helping to make Belltown more Sustainable . . . Would Sustainable Belltown like to put in some volunteer time and effort to continue a good begiinning???
Last month, the Neighborhoods Assistance program of Great City, helped out by sending experts Ryan Hester (Sructural Engineer who has expertise in Historical buildings) and Lee Bennett (painter) to the Historical Cottages at the p-atch to help assess some tricky difficulties there that are keeping a new cleaning and painting job from getting done/
Great City didn't just help to answer technical and envrironmental questions, they also helped to begin to energize the community around the project . . . one which involves the social, economic, artistic and environmental aspects of sustainablility!!
